Summer in SD

A busy month! We celebrated our third wedding anniversary on July 21 (we’ve been together for about nine years now)!

Isla is officially walking and getting into all kinds of mischief!

Our friends Camila and Andrew and their two sons Cassius (2 1/2 years) and Kane (8 months) visited us from San Francisco. What a treat!

Next month we are looking forward to spending some time with the Indiana clan. Wish us luck on the plane!

Lucky 13

Our lil’ thirteen-monther is talking up a storm these days. She doesn’t always pronounce the words correctly, but she tries to say hair, hat, toes, ears, bird, dog, shoes, water, spoon, balloon, apple, duck, and more. She’s not quite walking, but likes propping up against things and pushing her cart (or the stroller). She loves eating, especially finger foods she can feed herself. Lately we’ve been taking longer strolls to all the many parks in our ‘hood and enjoying the Sunny D weather!
