This month we were happy to visit with our long-time friends Brian, Cindy, and their son Jack (almost a year older than Isla). They used to live in San Francisco, where we met, but now live in Los Angeles. We wish we could see them more often!
We enjoyed sampling the fried goodness at the Del Mar Fair (aka San Diego County Fair). Isla loved to people watch, push the stroller, and rock out to the music. Grandpa worked behind the scenes at the woodworking area.
The Hogue/Wood clan visited us from Jasper, IN to celebrate Isla’s first birthday. We also went to the San Diego Zoo, which was the first time for Isla, Jack, and Mason.
